Witness provides AI-powered documentation tools for Behavior Support Professionals (BSPs) and Direct Support Staff (DSS) working within the West Virginia Bureau for Medical Services (WV-BMS) Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) Waiver system. The platform includes score tracking, report generation, compliance monitoring, and electronic visit verification.

Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Witness and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kanawha County, West Virginia.
